Draft for owner and legal review. Written from the Busiqueens values (support first, trust, growth, community). Not legal advice.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Busiqueens began in 2021 as a small group of women helping each other find customers and support. These rules keep it a warm, safe and useful place. They apply on busiqueens.com, at our events and meetups, and in the official Busiqueens groups.
Lift each other up
- Be kind and respectful, even when you disagree.
- Celebrate other members' wins. Share referrals generously.
- Give feedback the way you would like to receive it.
Be honest
- Use your real name and true details.
- Write reviews only about businesses you have actually bought from or worked with. No fake, paid or swapped reviews.
- Do not pretend to be someone else or another business.
No spam
- Do not send members bulk messages or unasked-for promotions.
- Share offers in the places meant for them (your listing, promotion days in the group, your event stall).
- No chain messages, MLM or pyramid recruitment.
Respect privacy
- Do not share another member's phone number, photos or personal details without her permission.
- Ask before you photograph or film someone at an event, and remove a photo if she asks.
- Contacts you meet through Busiqueens are for genuine business and friendship, not for adding to mailing lists without consent.
Keep it safe
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
- No sexual content or unwanted advances.
- No illegal products, services or offers.
At events
- Follow the organisers' instructions, set-up times and venue rules.
- Stall holders sell only what they booked the stall for and keep their space tidy.
- Children are welcome at family events with a responsible adult.
If something is wrong
Report a listing, review or person to info@busiqueens.com or on WhatsApp at +91 80176 46124. Tell us what happened and share screenshots if you can. We look into every report and keep the reporter's name private.
What we may do
Depending on what happened, we may remind you of the rules, remove content, pause or remove a listing, or withdraw a nomination. Serious or repeated breaches mean removal from the community. Where the law has been broken, we may inform the authorities.
