Busiqueens is a women-led community platform that helps small and medium businesses, and home-based businesses, grow. Our Facebook group is for women only. Our directory, events, stories and magazine are open to every business. Joining is free for life. It was founded in Kolkata in 2021 by Atoofa Khushnood and today has 8,400+ members across India.
Is Busiqueens free to join?
Yes. Joining the women-only Busiqueens Facebook group, reading stories and guides, getting the newsletter and nominating someone for the Busiqueens Awards are free for life. You pay only if you list your business in the verified directory (Rs 999 a year) or book a story feature or magazine page. There is no commission on your sales.
Is the Busiqueens Facebook group only for women?
Yes. The Facebook group is a women-only space for women entrepreneurs, home-based sellers and women who want to start a business. Everything else, the verified business directory, events, stories and the magazine, is open to every genuine business in India, whoever runs it.
How do I list my business on Busiqueens?
Open List Your Business and fill in four short steps with your business details, photos and WhatsApp number. No account or password is needed. A real person on the Busiqueens team checks your listing, usually within 3 working days, and it goes live for Rs 999 a year with a Verified badge, a certificate and a QR code.
Who can list a business on Busiqueens?
Any genuine small, medium or home-based business in India, run by a woman or a man. Businesses owned by a woman get a Women-owned badge. Every listing is checked by the Busiqueens team before it goes live.
How can I get my business story featured?
Book a story feature for Rs 1,499 and the Busiqueens team writes and publishes your success story or business story on the Busiqueens website. For Rs 499 extra, the Spotlight keeps your story or listing in the featured area at the top. You can also book a page in the next Busiqueens Magazine. Message us on WhatsApp and our founder will guide you. Featured stories carry a 'Featured story' label.
Where is Busiqueens based, and is it only for Kolkata?
Busiqueens is based in Kaikhali, Kolkata, West Bengal, where we host meetups, the AAINA Luxury Exhibition and the Busiqueens Awards. The online community and the verified directory are open across India, with members in Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and smaller cities.
How do I nominate someone for the Busiqueens Awards?
Nominations are free. Open the Busiqueens Awards page during the nomination window, choose a category and fill in the short form. Every nominee gets a profile page where customers can leave reviews.
Can brands sponsor Busiqueens events?
