What is Busiqueens?
Busiqueens is India's community and business platform for women entrepreneurs, founded in Kolkata in 2021 by Atoofa Khushnood. Members list their businesses in a verified directory, meet at meetups, exhibit at the AAINA Luxury Exhibition by Busiqueens and are recognised at the annual Busiqueens Awards. 8,400+ women are part of the community.
Is Busiqueens free?
Yes. Reading the stories, joining the community Facebook group and nominating someone for the Busiqueens Awards are all free, and nobody needs an account. You pay only if you list your business in the verified directory, which costs Rs 999 per year. There is no commission on your sales.
How do I list my business on Busiqueens?
Open List Your Business, fill in the four short steps with your business details, photos and WhatsApp number, and pay Rs 999 per year. A real person on the Busiqueens team checks your listing, usually within 3 working days, and it goes live with the Verified badge, a certificate and a QR code.
Who can list a business?
Any business owned or run by a woman in India can list, whether it is home-based, online-only or a shop. Bakers, boutiques, makeup and mehendi artists, tutors, consultants and many more are welcome. You do not need GST or a trade licence, only true details, and every listing is checked before it goes live.
Where is Busiqueens based?
Busiqueens is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, where it began as a Facebook group in 2021 and where the AAINA Luxury Exhibition by Busiqueens and most meetups are held. Members and listed businesses come from across India, and many sell online or deliver nationwide, so you can join from any city.
What do I get with a verified listing?
A public business profile, the gold Verified badge, a QR code that links to your profile and a digital certificate you can share.
How do I nominate someone for the Busiqueens Awards?
Nomination is free. Use the form on the Busiqueens Awards event page when nominations are open: nominate your own business or a woman you admire. Every nominee is featured in the Busiqueens Magazine.
