Busiqueens is a community and business platform for women entrepreneurs, founded and run from Kolkata. AAINA 2026: the exhibition Busiqueens organised in Kolkata
Busiqueens organises exhibitions in Kolkata so that small and growing brands get the kind of stage that usually only big labels get. On 7 February 2026, we held the first edition of our signature show, the AAINA Luxury Exhibition 2026, with fashion, jewellery, home decor, food, beauty and gifting side by side under one roof.
It became one of our proudest days. The footfall went well beyond what we planned for, many exhibitors sold out, and they called it a very successful first edition. Every brand was promoted to the community before the show and featured in reels and photos after it.
- Held in Kolkata on 7 February 2026, the first edition of AAINA by Busiqueens.
- Open to every brand: Busiqueens members got priority, and non-members exhibited too.
- AAINA 2027 is being planned. Dates, venue and stall packages are announced on the AAINA page first.

Our members run home bakeries, boutiques and tailoring units, salons, makeup and mehendi studios, coaching classes, catering, jewellery and gifting brands, consultancies and online stores. Many started from home, and many now have shops, teams and regular clients.

Started by a Kolkata woman entrepreneur
Busiqueens was started in Kolkata in June 2021 by Atoofa Khushnood, with one simple idea: women who run businesses grow faster when they grow together. Before Busiqueens, Atoofa worked in sales and guest service in Dubai, ran a digital marketing studio and founded Startup Idols to share founders' stories.
Today she leads the community, the events, the AAINA exhibition and the Busiqueens Awards with a small Kolkata team, under the motto Grow Stronger! Grow Together!
