Facebook Group Rules and Guidelines

Busiqueens is a community created exclusively for women.

• Only female members are allowed to join the group.
• Facebook Pages are not allowed to join.
• The group is open only to individual Facebook profiles, including personal profiles or professional profiles representing an individual.

We encourage open, honest discussions while maintaining trust, respect and kindness.

• Keep discussions respectful and avoid heated arguments or defamatory comments, both inside and outside the group.
• Bullying, harassment and derogatory remarks regarding race, religion, culture, gender, identity or businesses will not be tolerated.
• Respect different opinions and maintain a supportive environment.
• Disruptive behaviour or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the group.

Let's maintain a safe and respectful space for everyone.

Members can make a maximum of TWO business-related or promotional posts per day.

Please number your posts as Post 1 and Post 2 so that the admin team can identify and keep track of your daily posts.

• Posts numbered Post 3, Post 4 or any additional numbers are not allowed.
• The post count resets at midnight (12 am) every day. You can start again with Post 1 and Post 2 on the next day.
• This restriction applies to posts that directly or indirectly promote your business, brand, products, services or professional work.

Important: the two-post restriction does NOT apply to genuine inquiry posts or informative content. For example:

• If you are looking for a Mehendi artist, photographer, decorator or any other service, you can post your query.
• If you have another genuine requirement later, you can make another inquiry post.
• Informative, factual, educational and beneficial content that does not promote your business is also allowed without a daily post limit.

There is no restriction on the number of genuine inquiry or informative posts, provided they follow all other group rules.

Each post can contain a maximum of 20 attachments in total, including photos and videos. You can share:

• 20 photos.
• 20 videos.
• 10 photos and 10 videos.
• Any other combination, provided the total number of attachments does not exceed 20.

Posts containing more than 20 photos and videos combined may be declined.

You can post freely from Monday to Friday, following all applicable group rules. To unlock posting privileges on Saturdays and Sundays, you need to obtain a Weekend Posting ID.

How to get your first Weekend ID:

1. Invite 50 genuine female Facebook profiles to join the Busiqueens group from your Facebook friends list.
2. Visit the Busiqueens Facebook group and click on the Invite button.
3. Select 50 genuine female profiles from your friends list and send them invitations directly through the group.
4. Once you have completed the invitations, send the admin team a DM requesting your Weekend Posting ID.

The admin team will verify the invitations and the invited profiles. Once approved, you will receive your Weekend Posting ID, which will allow you to post on Saturdays and Sundays for the next 30 days.

How to renew your Weekend ID: after your first 30-day cycle, you need to invite 20 new female profiles through the group's Invite option for every subsequent 30-day cycle to renew your Weekend Posting ID. Please inform the admin team after completing the invitations so that your ID can be verified and renewed.

Benefits of Weekend Posting: weekend posting offers an additional visibility advantage.

• Unlike weekdays, when all eligible members can post, weekend posting is restricted to members with a valid Weekend ID.
• This means fewer posts and less competition for attention.
• Your posts are more likely to get highlighted and receive better visibility compared to regular weekday posts.
• Since many people have holidays on weekends and more time to browse Facebook, your posts have a better opportunity to catch their attention and generate engagement.

Important guidelines:

• Only invitations sent directly through the group's Invite button will be counted.
• Sharing the group link on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform will NOT count as an invitation.
• Simply forwarding the group link to friends and asking them to join will not qualify.
• Invitations must be sent through the Invite option available inside the Busiqueens Facebook group.
• Weekend Posting IDs are non-transferable. You cannot obtain an ID by inviting people on behalf of another member.
• No payment is involved. Weekend access is provided entirely through the invitation system.

No links are allowed in group posts. If an important link genuinely needs to be shared for awareness or another valid purpose, please contact the admin team first for verification. If approved, the team will guide you on how it can be shared.

Additionally:

• Spam, repetitive posts and re-shared content are not allowed.
• All posts must be created and posted directly in the Busiqueens group.
• Do not use Facebook's Share button to share an existing post from your personal profile, another profile, page or group directly into Busiqueens.

What is allowed? If you have previously published content on your personal Facebook profile, page or elsewhere, you are welcome to copy that content and post it separately and directly in the Busiqueens group. For example, you can upload the same photograph or video directly to the group, but you cannot use the Share button on an existing post to share it.

Posts violating these guidelines may be automatically declined. Repeated violations may result in removal or a permanent ban without any warning or further opportunity.

Posting in Busiqueens is FREE, and members are encouraged to share their business-related content through their own posts, following the group rules. However, using the comments section of another member's post to advertise your own business, brand, products, services or professional work is strictly prohibited.

• Do not promote your business under someone else's post.
• Do not use another member's inquiry or discussion as an opportunity for self-promotion.
• Keep promotional content within your own permitted posts.

Violating this rule may result in an immediate ban from the group without prior warning. We aim to maintain a supportive community without spam or unnecessary competition.

Charity, donation, fundraising and work-from-home posts are not allowed without prior admin approval. If you have a genuine requirement, opportunity or initiative that you believe may benefit the community:

• Contact the admin team before posting.
• The admin team will review and verify the details.
• Only content considered genuine and appropriate will be approved.

Please do not publish such posts without prior verification and approval.

Please share content that is relevant and beneficial to the Busiqueens community. We encourage posts related to:

• Business and entrepreneurship.
• Professional growth and networking.
• Women's empowerment.
• Products and services.
• Genuine opportunities.
• Meaningful discussions and community engagement.
• Informative and educational content.

Irrelevant or inappropriate content may be removed. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, members may be suspended, removed or permanently banned.

Members are welcome to post in regional languages. However, please include an English translation or transliteration so that everyone can understand and participate in the discussion.

Posts without a translation or transliteration may not be approved.

Please refrain from sharing religious or political content in the group. This includes:

• Posts promoting, criticising or discussing religious or political topics.
• Images of Gods and Goddesses.
• Festive greetings and religious festival-related posts.
• Routine greetings such as Good Morning and Good Night.
• Similar greeting images, messages or content unrelated to the community's purpose.

Let's keep our discussions focused on meaningful and relevant topics.

Please ensure that all information shared in the group is genuine and accurate. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Misleading claims and false promises.
• Scams and fraudulent activities.
• Fake offers and opportunities.
• Deceptive business practices.
• Any content intended to mislead or exploit other members.

Members are encouraged to exercise their own judgment before making any business, financial or personal decisions based on information shared in the group.

Please respect the privacy of every member.

• Do not share another member's personal information, photographs, conversations or private content without permission.
• Do not misuse information shared by members for personal or commercial purposes.
• Keep discussions and shared content within the group.
• Do not disclose confidential group information outside the community.

Let's maintain an environment where members feel safe sharing and interacting.

Respect the work, ideas, photographs, designs and content shared by other members.

• Do not copy, steal, reproduce or use another member's content without permission.
• Do not misuse another member's business ideas, creative work or original designs.
• Always seek permission before using someone else's intellectual or creative property.

Let's respect and support each other's hard work and creativity.

Please respect other members' privacy and personal boundaries.

• Do not send unsolicited promotional messages.
• Avoid repeated sales messages or unwanted business proposals.
• Do not send unwanted requests or messages for personal or commercial purposes.
• Networking is encouraged, but all communication must be respectful and welcome.

Repeated complaints regarding unwanted messages may result in appropriate action against the member.

Live Sessions are available from Monday to Sunday, subject to the following weekday and weekend eligibility requirements.

Monday to Friday: open to all members. Both ID and Non-ID members can book Live Sessions from Monday to Friday.

For Non-ID members:

• You must invite 10 genuine female profiles to the Busiqueens group to book a Live Session.
• Invitations must be sent through the Invite option available inside the group.
• You can use one of your two permitted daily business posts for your Live Session.

For ID members:

• The requirement to invite 10 additional female profiles does not apply.
• You can use one of your permitted daily posts for your Live Session.

Saturday and Sunday: ID members only.

• Only members holding a valid Weekend Posting ID can conduct Live Sessions on Saturdays and Sundays.
• ID members do not need to invite 10 additional female profiles for weekend Live Sessions.
• You can use one of your permitted weekend posts for your Live Session.

Common booking requirements:

• Contact the admin team to book and confirm your preferred slot at least one day in advance.
• Live Session slots are available between 10 am and 11 pm.
• Slots are subject to availability.
• Members with a valid Weekend Posting ID receive first preference when allocating time slots.
• Once your slot is confirmed, no slot changes are allowed.
• Please call the admin team five minutes before your scheduled time as a reminder so that your Live Session can be approved at the appropriate time.

Cancellation policy: if you need to cancel your Live Session, please inform the admin team at least 12 hours before your scheduled slot. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in suspension from booking Live Sessions for the following week.

Please book responsibly and respect the time allocated to you and other members.

If you notice spam, suspicious activity, inappropriate content, harassment or any violation of the group rules, please inform an admin or moderator.

• Avoid creating public arguments or unnecessary conflicts.
• Do not engage in heated discussions or personal attacks.
• Report genuine concerns directly to the admin team.
• Allow the admin team to review the matter and take appropriate action.

We encourage members to help us maintain a safe and supportive community.

Admins and moderators work diligently to maintain a safe and organised group environment. However, they cannot be held responsible for the individual actions of members, including instances of hatred, fraud, scams or unethical behaviour.

Regarding member interactions and transactions:

• All purchases, sales, exchanges, agreements and business dealings between members are undertaken entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the parties involved.
• This applies to interactions taking place both within and outside the group.
• Busiqueens does not guarantee or endorse any individual, business, product, service, opportunity or transaction shared by a member.
• Members must exercise their own judgment and verify information before entering into any personal, professional or financial arrangement.

Reporting issues: if you experience fraudulent activity, unethical behaviour or any serious issue involving another member, you may inform the admin team. The admin team may review the information and try to assist where possible. However, we do not guarantee any resolution and accept no responsibility for the actions, dealings or conduct of individual members. The parties involved remain responsible for their own actions and decisions.

Admins and moderators reserve the right to clarify matters, remove inappropriate content, restrict posting privileges, suspend members or permanently remove members based on the information available to them.
