Yes. Completing the official nomination form is mandatory for participation.

No. The category must match your brand/business or be a closely related or similar niche.

If your category is completely unique and does not even closely match an available category, contact the Busiqueens admin through WhatsApp or Facebook/Instagram message for guidance.

Yes. You can nominate yourself for up to two different brands, provided they are genuinely separate brands dealing in different products.

No. One brand can be nominated in only one category.

If the products are sold under the same brand name, logo and social media identity, you must choose one category that best represents your business or is your best-selling category.

For example, if "XYZ Brand" sells clothing, bags and footwear under the same brand identity, it must choose either the Clothing category or Accessories category, not both.

You may nominate two brands only when they have separate brand identities, for example, different brand names, logos, social media handles and other distinct branding.

Yes. The same founder and contact number may be used, but the two brands must have separate identities and separate brand information.

Yes. If you are nominating two separate brands, you must fill two different nomination forms, one for each brand.

No. Each form must contain the correct and separate details of that particular brand, including its brand name, logo, social media handles and other relevant information. The founder's name and contact number may remain the same.

After submitting the form, send the required details to the Busiqueens admin on WhatsApp at +91 80176 46124 and mention whether you are choosing Instagram or Facebook for Round 2.

Send the following details to the Busiqueens admin through WhatsApp:

1. Your full name as per your government ID
2. Your full brand/business name with the correct spelling
3. Three short lines about your brand/business, brief and to the point
4. Your Instagram profile link, link only
5. Your Instagram username, e.g. @Busiqueens
6. Your close-up professional photo, 1:1 ratio, HD quality
7. Your brand logo, good-quality image

The photo and logo should be sent separately as image files.

Simply send a WhatsApp message stating that you are choosing Facebook. You can then directly start collecting genuine customer reviews in the official Busiqueens Facebook Group.

No. Facebook nominees do not need to wait for a poster. Once they have submitted the nomination form and informed the admin that they are choosing Facebook, they can directly start collecting reviews according to the rules.

No. New nominees should not wait for their website page. They should submit their platform choice and required details through WhatsApp and proceed with the next round.

Do not worry. If you have completed the nomination form, send the required details to the admin and proceed with the next round. Your Round 1 website page will be updated when it is ready.

If your name is already listed on the official nominees/review page, you can continue participating in Round 1 and collecting more reviews there.

Yes. New nominees should continue participating in the current Social Media Reviews round while waiting for their Round 1 website page to be created.

Yes. Busiqueens will update/inform nominees when their page is ready for Round 1 participation.

Round 1 is the Busiqueens Official Website Reviews round. Nominees can share the link to their nominee page on the Busiqueens website with their genuine clients/customers and ask them to submit a review.

No. Reviews do not appear immediately after submission. They first go through a spam and security check.

A Facebook review must contain at least two proper sentences and should meaningfully describe the customer's experience.

Fake, copied, fabricated or misleading reviews will not be accepted and may lead to rejection or disqualification.

Yes. Both positive and negative reviews are accepted, provided they reflect the reviewer's genuine experience. A reviewer is not required to give only a positive review.

No. Reviewers are free to share their honest opinions, whether positive, negative, or mixed. A genuine review will not be rejected simply because it contains criticism or a low rating.

Reviews containing abusive, insulting, humiliating, or inappropriate language will not be accepted. All reviews must be genuine, respectful, and based on actual experience with the nominee's product or service.

Yes. #BQ5 is mandatory for every Instagram and Facebook award review.

#BQ5 helps the Busiqueens team identify and track reviews belonging to the fifth Busiqueens award season.

A review without #BQ5 may not be counted, as it can be difficult to identify and track it correctly.

No. Other hashtags cannot replace #BQ5.

Yes. You may use one or two additional relevant hashtags, but #BQ5 must be included.

Eligible nominees will receive communication through WhatsApp or email and will be added to the official "Busiqueens Awards 2026 - Nominees" WhatsApp Community.

Yes. Nominee attendance at the final award event is mandatory. If a nominee wins but does not attend, the nomination/award may be cancelled.

Genuine or serious circumstances may be considered, but the nominee must still register for the event and communicate the situation to the team.

Yes, guests/supporters may attend, but they must complete the required event registration.
