Five years of Busiqueens, one night of recognition
Busiqueens started on 7 June 2021 as a small Facebook group of women who wanted to grow their businesses together. Five years on, we are 8,400+ members strong, led by founder Atoofa Khushnood, and every year we stop to celebrate the women who made it happen.
Sparkle Like a Crown is the 2026 edition of our anniversary awards. Nominees get their own page on busiqueens.com, customers back them with public reviews, and the winners in each category are felicitated on stage in Kolkata. Every nominee is featured in the Busiqueens Magazine.
Nominations are open now. The ceremony date and venue will be announced here and in The Queen’s Letter.
From nomination to the stage
1. Nominate
Nominate your own business or a woman entrepreneur you admire. Pick one of the 52 categories. Nomination is free.
2. Get your nominee page
Approved nominees get a page on busiqueens.com with their photo, business and category.
3. Collect reviews
Share your page. Customers and well-wishers post star reviews that the jury sees.
4. The ceremony
Winners are announced and felicitated on stage in Kolkata. Every nominee is featured in the magazine.

The Busiqueens team reviews every nomination within 3 working days.
Approved nominees appear on the Nominee Reviews page with a photo and a review form.
You get a WhatsApp and email with your page link. Share it with customers and well-wishers.

Awards 2026 FAQ
Who can be nominated?
Any woman entrepreneur in India, in any business category. You do not need to be a Busiqueens member to be nominated, though members hear about it first.
Can I nominate myself?
Yes. Most nominations are self-nominations. You can also nominate a woman whose business you admire; we will contact her to confirm.
Is there a fee to nominate?
No. Nomination is completely free. Approved nominees get a page on busiqueens.com, a feature in the Busiqueens Magazine and entry into the jury round at no cost.
How are winners chosen?
A jury reviews each nominee's business, story and public reviews. Reviews show support but do not decide the result on their own.
When and where is the ceremony?
Kolkata, on a date we will announce here and in The Queen's Letter. Nominees are informed by email and WhatsApp first.
