Your data, your choice
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct or update anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data, including your listing.
- Withdraw consent for WhatsApp updates, the email newsletter or publishing your listing.
- Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself.
How to ask
Use the form below. Tell us the email address or mobile number you used with Busiqueens (for a listing, the email you listed with) so we can find your data. Nobody has an account or a login on Busiqueens, so every request goes through this form or the Grievance Officer. Sample, for owner review.
A deletion removes your listing and its photos, your statistics, your reviews, your enquiries, your consent records and your contact record in our email tool.
What happens next
- We may ask you to confirm your identity, so that no one else can see or delete your data.
- We complete your request and reply within 30 days.
- If we have to keep something (for example invoices that tax law says we must keep), we tell you what and why.
Nominating someone
To nominate a person to act for you, send their name, their relationship to you and their email or mobile number using the form below (choose "Something else about my data"). You can change or remove your nominee at any time.
