How much does a listing cost?
A verified listing costs Rs 999 per year and runs for 365 days. It includes your profile page, the Verified badge, a certificate with a QR code, WhatsApp and Call buttons, customer reviews and a place in your category, business type and city pages. There is no commission on your sales and no hidden fee.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 3 working days. A real person on the Busiqueens team checks your details, photos and contact number, and may message you on WhatsApp if something needs a clarification. You get an email as soon as your page is live, with your certificate and QR code ready to share.
What is the certificate?
It is a digital certificate with a unique number, such as BQ-2026-00001, and a QR code that opens your live profile. Customers can scan it, or enter the number on the About page, to confirm your business is verified. It stays valid while your listing is active and keeps its number when you renew.
Can I edit my listing?
Yes. Use "Is this your business? Request an update" on your listing page, or the Update my listing page, with the email you listed with. Tell us what to change and send new photos if you like. Our team updates your page by hand, usually within two working days, and your listing stays live the whole time.
What if my listing is rejected?
You get a full refund of the listing fee within 7 working days of the decision, as our Refund Policy says. We also tell you the reason. Often it is something small, such as a screenshot instead of your own photo or a number that does not work, so you can fix it and apply again.
Who can list on Busiqueens?
Only businesses owned and run by a woman, in a permitted category. We check this by hand before a listing goes live. Businesses about gambling, cryptocurrency or trading tips, loans or lending apps, adult content or anything unlawful in India are not listed.
What happens after one year?
We email you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before your listing expires, and on the day, with how to renew. Renewal keeps your page, reviews and listing number and gives you a new valid-until date. If you do not renew, the listing is hidden 15 days after the expiry date, and it comes back as it was when you renew.
I run my business from home. Can I list?
Yes. Home-based, online-only and shop-based businesses are all welcome. Tick "Online only" if you have no address to show; otherwise a locality and PIN code are enough on your page.
Do I need GST or a trade licence to list?
No. You need a business owned and run by a woman and true details.
