Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using busiqueens.com, joining the community, listing a business, nominating, reviewing, buying a ticket or stall, or sending an enquiry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These Terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND TYPE] ("Busiqueens").

2. Who can use Busiqueens

You must be 18 or older. Anyone can browse the directory, read stories, shop from listed businesses, attend events, sponsor or exhibit. Business listings in the directory are reserved for women-owned businesses, as set out in the Listing Policy.

3. Your listing

There are no member accounts: a listing belongs to the owner who sent it, identified by the email address she listed with. Keep that email address working, and ask for changes with the Update my listing form or by writing to us from that address. Tell us at once if you think someone else has asked for changes to your listing. Sample, for owner review.

4. Listings, nominations and reviews: your responsibilities

• Everything you submit must be true, current and yours to share. Photos and logos must be your own or licensed to you. Screenshots and copied images are not accepted.
• You confirm that any business you list is women-owned as declared, and that you have permission to use the details of any person you nominate.
• Reviews must describe your own real experience. No paid, traded, fake or self-written reviews. Reviews are moderated and may be edited for length or removed.
• Some businesses cannot be listed at all: gambling and betting, cryptocurrency and trading tips, loans and lending apps, adult content and anything unlawful in India. See "Businesses we do not list" in the Listing Policy. Sample, for owner review.
• You remain fully responsible for your business, your products and services, your pricing, deliveries, taxes and licences, and for dealing with your customers. Busiqueens is a platform for discovery and community, not a party to any sale between a listed business and its customer.

5. What Busiqueens does and does not promise

We check listings and nominations before they go live and we act on reports, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every listing or the quality of any product or service. We provide the platform "as is". We do not promise sales, customers, awards, media coverage or results from any service, event or partnership. We use proven approaches and keep improving, and we tell you honestly what we can do.

6. Content you give us

You keep ownership of your content. You give Busiqueens a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it on busiqueens.com, in the Busiqueens Magazine, in our social media and event materials, and in The Queen's Letter, for as long as it is on the platform and in archive editions afterwards. Success stories and magazine features are published only with your approval of the final text. You can ask us to remove your content; published magazine editions and event recordings already released cannot be recalled, but we will remove the online copy where we reasonably can.

7. Our content and trademark

Busiqueens, the crown logo, the AAINA name and our designs, texts and photos belong to Busiqueens or our licensors. Busiqueens is a registered trademark (No. 5680270). You may share links and short quotes with credit. You may not copy the directory, scrape data, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

8. Community rules

Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, pyramid or chain schemes, unsolicited bulk messaging of members, or scraping of contact details. Contact details published on listings are for genuine customer enquiries. We may remove content and pause listings that break these rules, and we may report unlawful conduct.

9. Paid services

Listing fees, stall bookings, tickets, magazine features and sponsorships are described on their pages with the current price. Prices are in Indian Rupees and, where applicable, exclusive of GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Events

Event dates, venues and programmes may change; we will inform registered participants. Entry may be refused to anyone behaving unsafely or disrespectfully. By attending you agree to be photographed and filmed for Busiqueens publications unless you tell the registration desk otherwise. You are responsible for your own belongings and, as an exhibitor, for your stall, goods and staff.

11. Third-party links and services

Links to member websites, social media, YouTube and payment pages lead to services we do not control. Their terms apply there.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Busiqueens is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from dealings between members, customers, sponsors or exhibitors. Our total liability to you for any paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

13. Suspension and termination

You can ask us to remove your listing any time by writing to us from the email you listed with, or with the Data Request form. Sample, for owner review. We may suspend or remove listings or nominations that break these Terms or the Listing Policy, after notice where practical. Fees already paid are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced to members. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [GOVERNING CITY], West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please use our Grievance Redressal process; most issues are resolved there within 15 days.
